Drew Pontillo worked as a food and beverage intern for the Tri-City Valley Cats minor league baseball team. They gained leadership experience and learned from both their difficult supervisor and networking with other interns. As an intern, their major accomplishments included helping to organize the 2012 Capital Region Brew-fest. Their goals are to develop their management style and determine their future career path. The Tri-City Valley Cats are a minor league affiliate of the Houston Astros based in Troy, NY that was founded in 2002 and aims to create an affordable and entertaining experience for fans.
