Dr. JERRY D. RUIZ
Dr. Ruiz is a native of New Mexico; he enlisted in
the Air Force and arrived at basic training
Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, in January 1984
and received a commission in 1999. He has
served in 6 different major commands and the
Defense Logistics Agency with 4 long tour
overseas assignments. As an active duty
Logistics Readiness Officer, he deployed to
Baghdad, Iraq and stood up the first post-
Saddam, Iraqi-owned and operated Air Force
Base, New Al Muthana Air Base, Baghdad.
