1. Aviation Rescue Swimmer Instructor (January 2015–Present);
Assistant Team Leader/ Instructor/ Motivator
Pensacola, Florida
a. Team Leader for 5 Instructors (January 2016-Present);
i. Hand selected normally assigned to 1st class leadership. Conducted over 2,200
classroom and high-risk laboratory training hours with zero major incidents or
mishaps. Observed an unprecedented attrition rate of 25% below norms.
ii. Primary objective is to reduce attrition rate in the Search and Rescue Pipeline
by instilling a solid value system of Honor, Courage and Commitment that they
will use for their patients, team and self.
iii. Once candidates leave the schoolhouse I gain feedback through critiques on
how to improve the Search and Rescue candidates training to continue
improving the attrition rate.
b. High Risk Instructor Evaluator and Master Training Specialist (January 2016-
Present);
i. As an Instructor Evaluator, conducted 50+ mandatory annual and quarterly
Instructor Evaluations for staff and high risk training instructors. As a Master
Training Specialist, qualified 5 Master Training Specialists.
c. Command MWR Treasurer (October 2015-Present);
i. Managed the $16,000 budget assuring 100% accountability and accuracy.

a. Crew Chief;
i. Played a key role in the squadron’s mission success by over flying 1,200
training and operational flight hours in the H-60 platform. His commitment to
high quality training directly contributed to 25 Aircrew Training Continuum
mission qualification upgrades, making a significantly positive impact on
command readiness.
b. Assistant SAR Petty Officer;
i. Managed NATOPS records and SAR training for 32 Aircrewmen. Led them
through a rigorous qualification standard and training program, including 40
pool training evolutions and 20 lectures resulting in 100% command SAR
readiness and overall improved performance during individual SAR fitness
evaluations.
c. Command Assessment Team Member;
i. Devoted over 30 hours of planning that led four focus groups for the team to
evaluate the Command Climate providing guidance to the Commanding
Officer, maintaining the commands high functional effectiveness and positive
Equal Opportunity environment.

1. Annual Mullet Man Triathlon-Lifeguard: Selflessly volunteer seven hours of grueling in water support
contributing to the overall safety of 200 participants in the event. While doing so personally swam two
members to shore that experienced severe distress and needed support from medical personnel.
2. Gulf Coast Paddleboard Championship-Lifeguard: Selflessly volunteer seven hours of grueling in
water support contributing to the overall safety of 150 participants in the event. While doing so
