Conclusion
 Role to technology should be increased in all aspects of conduction of examination. This will help in
improving the confidentiality of examination and also in the conduction of examination.
 A comprehensive and transparent grievance redressal mechanism should be put in place by the colleges and
Universities.
 The office of the Controller of Examinations maintains a foolproof assessment system and the
entire division is automated.
Maintaining confidentially and transparency is an important aspect in examination system. Maintaining
confidentially and transparency will ensure quality of our examination system. Confidentiality issues are also a
standard of practice related to ethics of examination system.
New Education Policy 2020: NEP stresses on transparency in all higher
education institutions
