 All the companies have strategic plans eg: NESTLE
 Only few to bother to have a clear written plan
 Many people are working really hard but do not
have a clear idea if what their goals are
 only 8% of people achieve their new year resolution
 Pessimistic attitude
 Fear of failure
 Lack of ambition
 Procrastination
 Low self-esteem
 Ignorance of the importance of goals
 Lack of knowledge on setting goals
