• Led effort to move from print production to CD-ROM as primary method of delivery for GEN04 Ops and
Service Manuals to be implemented for Project JAGHuar. Partnered with the Ultracision® Marketing
team to remove an estimated $150,000 annual cost from the GEN04 packaging by delivering Operator’s
and Service Manuals on CD-ROM beginning with Project JAGHuar implementation.
• Reduced total page count of Mammotome EX Ops Manual by 50%; reduced number of required
components by 50% while adding 4 additional languages.
• Achieved first EES delivery of a Service Manual (Mammotome) on CD-ROM to the Customer at
project/product launch for Mammotome EX.
• Consolidated 16 package inserts to make 8 package inserts, resulting in 50% inventory reduction and 50%
work reduction for the following stages and tasks – Translation, Prepress/Transparencies, Proofing at all
required stages, BOM, Ordering.
Sustaining the Business
• Developed a strategy to add Chinese (Simplified Mandarin) to existing package inserts; served as PSS
contact for Asia-Pac China Affiliates.
• Partnered with PSS Management, Regulatory, and External Operations to drive a process and timeline that
identified and implemented short and long-term solutions to satisfying WEEE requirements.
• Updated 37 product inserts as part of the Additional Languages project to satisfy Regulatory compliance
requirements, many projects with multiple change requests. All projects had at least one change request in
addition to the request to add 4 new languages. Managed and updated the translation schedule.
• Partnered with J&J Legal (Liability) and other internal business partners to identify a plan of action for
potentially updating the package labeling for EES products containing DEHP. Drove Legal to a decision
that prevented a potentially costly update to several product inserts.
• Supported the package labeling efforts related to the transfer of production and service from Germany to
the U. S. for the Indigo 830e LaserOptic System (J&J Achievement Award).

Partnered with the Ultracision® Marketing team to remove an estimated $150,000 annual cost from the GEN04 packaging by delivering Operator’s and Service Manuals on CD-ROM beginning with Project JAGHuar implementation. • Reduced total page count of Mammotome EX Ops Manual by 50%; reduced number of required components by 50% while adding 4 additional languages. • Achieved first EES delivery of a Service Manual (Mammotome) on CD-ROM to the Customer at project/product launch for Mammotome EX. • Consolidated 16 package inserts to make 8 package inserts, resulting in 50% inventory reduction and 50% work reduction for the following stages and tasks – Translation, Prepress/Transparencies, Proofing at all required stages, BOM, Ordering. Sustaining the Business • Developed a strategy to add Chinese (Simplified Mandarin) to existing package inserts; served as PSS contact for Asia-Pac China Affiliates. • Partnered with PSS Management, Regulatory, and External Operations to drive a process and timeline that identified and implemented short and long-term solutions to satisfying WEEE requirements. • Updated 37 product inserts as part of the Additional Languages project to satisfy Regulatory compliance requirements, many projects with multiple change requests.
