WHAT IS IT
The Cowboy Solution is an experiential, principle-based leadership and team development training
company focused on improving organizational performance. Our highly interactive and unique program
approach helps build productive, high-performance teams that genuinely trust and respect each other
and are therefore more willing and attuned to doing what it takes to accomplish an organization’s goals
and objectives.
Unlike software-focused assessments or passive classroom seminars, our experiential learning approach
is focused on action, developing willing participants. Working with horses outdoors, brings abstract
concepts to bear so that fresh thinking and new approaches can be immediately applied. The content
is memorable and application-oriented. We make abstract concepts stick thereby providing a higher
value for your training or team development investment.

WHY IT WORKS

a difference to those you lead. We simply found a different way to help you develop both. Horses are
great mirrors for humans. We harness that in such a way that your team will walk away with a different
perspective about his or her role in the team and how best to build collaborative partnerships that

			PROGRAMS
			 1; 1½ and 2-day leadership training programs available.
			 ½-day team-building programs are also available.
			 Participants work with horses in each program, but no prior
			 experience is required. No riding is involved.
