 Euro Styl acquisition has stepped up the scale of Dom Development S.A.
 Very good situation in Warsaw, Wroclaw and Tri-City (Euro Styl) markets
 1,081 units sold (increase +53% YOY)
 3,061 units in offer
 6,241 units under construction on 38 projects
 Launch of 6 projects with 1,002 units
 New land bought for over 650 units in Tri-City* and 220 units in Wrocław
 Increase in net profit of 54% (YOY)
 Gearing: 7.2%
