• High pre-sales: 50% of units under constuction sold
• High cash levels (PLN 410 m) and no net debt
• Euro Styl due diligence is proceeding positively. We expect to complete
negotiations by 30 June at the latest
• Loss of PLN 1.0m due to seasonally low Q1 handovers, but in line with
expectations

Summary:
Good market situation in the Warsaw, Wroclaw and Tri-City markets
3,854 units under construction across 25 projects
2,550 units in Dom’s offer as of March 2017
806 units sold in Q1 2017, representing growth of 31% over Q1 2016
New land for approx. 650 units: Siennicka in Warsaw and Rybnicka in Wroclaw
PLN 410m in cash resources for land purchases and new project starts
With current cash reserves of PLN 410m and unutilised bank credits of PLN 235m we
have flexibility regarding source of consideration for Euro Styl
Loss of PLN 1.0m in Q1 2017 due to low number of handovers
