EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Products and/or services offered
Fashion products include mass marketed fast moving products, niche products,
traditional crafts, handcrafted goods and we use items that can renovate to our good
furniture. Handcrafted good can be cut organized from those Filipino because we are
so much loyal to our country products that can be used as fashion of the day. The
fashion product we have are from apparel, terms of investment a clothing line for
women, men and children. In many cases, apparel is also sold as a unisex item. If there
are a couple want to buy a t-shirt for couples or clothes that touch their taste of
fashion they can buy from this or clothing line.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
• I got interested because the world of fashion does not simply and it’s access
without a bit of. Special services are needed to keep the finely tuned industry
moving properly. Fortunely, the industry has numerous resources at its
disposal. And there would be a chance of apparel industry because all
fashion industry/ services are said to be helpful for the both apparel industry
as well as for consumers. To help my fashion industry effectively serve
emerging and mature markets, accenture a brings efficient global operating
models, processes that managed scale and complexity, and strategies to drive
growth.
Management and Personnel
Duties and Responsibilities
•Duties and responsibilities as the C.E.O — Devising and implementing new design strategies, researching new trends to update our products, pushing industry boundaries
to take our company to new heights, collaborating with department leaders and last motivating employees to adapt to new company directives.
•Duties and Responsibilities as the project coordinator — Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given tasks are well organized. They communicate
with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meeting and provide updates to project
manager.
•Duties and Responsibilities as a Marketer — Develop brand imagine, identify and research target audience of a brand, Analyze market report, create content for marketing
campaigns , schedule photo shoots for new fashion collection, Manage marketing campaigns, predict and track fashion trends.
•Duties and Responsibilities as technical — Technical designer work with fashion design teams and play an important role in turning ideas into finished product. They
anticipated any design issues and liaise with designer and manufacturer to ensure garments specifications are adjusted accordingly and that the end result is highly quality,
marketable products.
•Duties and Responsibilities of a transport manager — Plan and supervise the supervise the shipments from production to the end- users. Schedule daily and weekly routines.
Track orders using functional systems. Coordinate with warehouse worker to ensure proper storage and distribution of products. Monitor and report on transportation costs.
•Duties and Responsibilities of a finance — Bookeeping, management of companies cash flow, budget and forecasting, advising and sourcing longer-term financy and
Management of taxes, management of companies investment. And financial Reporting and analysis.
PRODUCTION AND OPERATION
A . Technical description of the products
In fashion, an accessory is an item used to contribute, in a secondary manner, to an
individual’s outfit. Accessories are often chosen to complete an outfit and complement the
wearer’s look. They have the capacity to further express an individual’s identity and
personality. Fashion accessories can be loosely categorized into two general areas: those that
are carried and those that are worn. Traditionally carried accessories include purses and
handbags, hand fans, parasols and umbrellas, wallets, canes, and ceremonial swords.
Accessories that are worn may include jackets, boots and shoes, cravats, ties, hats, bonnets,
belts and suspenders, gloves, muffs, necklaces, bracelets, watch, eyewear, sashes, shawls,
scarves, lanyards, socks, pins, piercings, rings, and stockings . The type of accessory that an
individual chooses to wear or carry to complement their outfit can be determined by several
factors, including the specific context of where the individual is going.

The target marketing are those people love to shop a trending clothes or popular accessories that make them love to buy all they want.
It’s can be a business woman/ business man who always need to have a formal attire in every meeting they joined. Students who
participated a reunion or party with their classmate and friends. A customer who just got caught their attention in the previous
things/products they might see inside in my shop. Or other new customer who loves to got window shopping. All products we have are
available to the regular or new customer.
Products- In marketing, a product is anything that can be offered to a market that might satisfy a want or need. The “need or want” to
manage our sense of style often goes beyond simply the shirts, pants, or hats that we are wearing. Therefore, we may include perfumes,
necklaces, body paint, etc., in this guide. Our fashionable appearance is effected by our mood (state of mind). Let’s discuss products
that make us feel good about our appearance or our inner self. The products might be a clothes, accessories, bags, luggage and many
more.
PRICE — The price is depends in the products we sales. In every design the price rate increase. And every details of product give
satisfaction to the costumers make everything pair about prices. Prices makes products beautiful because all products are easy to get
without any problem in budgeting.
PLACE — The place where my shop or company build in is where it can get attention to the tourist and to the near place where
costumers easily go here. So that the production keep up and never fails to make a good rate in sales. The of my place is good to be
exact of taste of individuals.
