KV),Battery & Battery Charger, WT, Solid Core Post Insulators ,Normal &
Antifog Disc Insulators, ACDB, DCDB, JB, High Mast, Indoor & Outdoor
Lighting’s of Switchyard, EarthMat (as per IEEE 80-2000) AC Refrigerator/split ,
Electrical Rubber Mat & obtaining approval from Client/Consultant.
 Vendor Development, Evaluation of Vendor Particulars,( as per IS & IEC )
Drawings & Offers; Preparing Comparative statements, Negotiation &
finalization of Orders.
 Dispatching materials to site after Inspection clearance; Obtaining Delivery
Copies acknowledged; submitting bills for payment & follow-up of the same;
releasing of funds for vendor’s.
 Co-ordinating with project manager of Erection & Commissioning activities at
site &client communication at all levels.

2.  Conducting Inter-Department Project review on weekly/monthly basis &
submitting reports to Management.
 Having good knowledge in material management.
 Assigned the tasks of planning layout of electric sub-stations , switching
stations, transmission and distribution lines
 Handling the tasks of reviewing technical drawings, topographical maps and
specifications of electrical systems.
 Responsible for coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.
 Required and ordered the materials for the projects with various Vendors ( Like
ABB, Siemens,CGL, Alstom, ABI, Schneider, BHEL….) and manufactures
for Various Electrical substation and Transmission line projects Upto 400kv.
 Projected the billing forecast and worked with the controller to make sure all
billing invoices were correct.
 Managed, turnkey commercial and industrial projects from start to completion.
 Created client relationships which have lead to repeat business
opportunity.
 Created schedules for projects, budget updates for ongoing projects.
 Managed the project team including any subcontractors.
 Liasoning of Various Approval Like System Study, Drawings, PTCC,
Forest, Aviation, Railway, CEI, for Various Electrical substation and
Transmission line projects Upto 400kv.
