5. Masqati dairy was set up in the year 1965 by Ibrahim
Bin Abdullah Masqati.
They commenced with dealing in whole milk and toned
milk.
The annual turnover is approx 200 crores.
They are having our chilling centers in Ongole, Guntur
and Ranga Reddy District.
Their factory is located at Turkayajmal,
NagarjunaSagar Road. We have our registered office
located at Kotla Alijah near Charminar.
6. Today our wide range of dairy product includes Milk, Curd, Lassi, Flavoured
milk, Cream, Ghee, Khowa, Butter, Ice Cream, Paneer, UHT Milk, Mithai etc.

Masqati dairy has never compromised on the quality

8. We use highly skilled labor for extraction of milk
products.
We have Homogenizers and other machineries to
serve the purpose, keeping the environment neat
and clean.
High quality containers are used to collect the milk.
The milk is carried in our own Vehicles specially built
for this purpose, carrying 15000 liters of milk.
We are having over 50 delivery vans.

Masqati dairy product was founded way back in
the year 1965 by Ibrahim Bin Abdullah Masqati.
Masqati Dairy is one of the most trusted and
reputed name in manufacturers of milk and milk
products like cream, Ghee, Khowa, Butter, Ice
Cream, Paneer etc. in Hyderabad.

Masqati was founded way back in the year 1965 by
Ibrahim Bin Abdullah Masqati and got registered as a
partnership firm in the year 1994 among the six sons
of Ibrahim Bin Abdullah Masqati named as under.

18. Masqati Dairy is a production plant where milk is
processed into milk Products like Butter, Khowa, Dahi,
Paneer, Desi Ghee, Ice Creams.
The dairy farm at Masqati produces milk and a dairy
factory processes it into a variety of dairy products.
The automated and more efficient equipment helps to get
healthy & hygienic product.
This preservation of the milk can be achieved by
fermentation, heating, cooling, removal of water, and by
concentration or separation of components, to produce
foods such as butter or cheese.
22. Milk is separated by huge machines in bulk into
cream and toned milk at Masqati.
The cream is processed to produce various
consumer products, depending on its thickness, its
suitability for culinary uses and consumer demand.
23. Ghee which is clarified butter, is produced by gentle
heating of butter and removal of the solid matter.
Milk after optional homogenization, pasteurization can be
turned into several grades to form certain products.
At Masqati Dairy, extremely important & quality-control
tests are carried out to ensure that the bacterial activity in
raw milk is of acceptable level, and that no harmful bacteria
remain in the processed products.
