DVW Consulting goes through your processes with an experienced view from the outside. We detect
concrete issues to tackle you immediately benefit from in the short term. We call these small areas for
improvement “the low-hanging fruit”. They are quick wins that are ready to pick. And we will do that
for you. This way you immediately feel the profit.

Sustainable success in the long term
The problems in your company are often not only due to an issue with customers, employees or
financial drivers. It is usually a combination of the three. That is why it is important to always focus on
their coherence. This is quite complex, but it is the only way to long-term success.
An example to illustrate: Suppose the average turnover per customer is too low.
How could we solve this problem for you? We do this in three steps:

1. In search of the core of the problem
This problem undoubtedly has various causes that are intertwined in several aspects of your business.
If we want to solve the problem, we have to cover all aspects. I compare this to peeling onions.
The outside of an onion represents the problem that hurts you today. In this case: the average turnover
per customer is too low.
If you want to get to the core of the problem, you have to peel each onion layer by layer. Every layer
that you peel off is the result of the layer underneath. Sometimes you have to peel a lot of layers to
get to the core of the problem.

Important: In this example we have only worked out two routes
in the search for the core of the problem. In practice, the number
may be higher.

2. Work out solutions to the problem
After we have defined the core of the problem, we start looking for the right remedy. We work with
you and your employees on a path to a sustainable solution to the problem. Together we map out
various possible solutions and from there we determine the solution that is most suitable for your
organization.
3. Implement the solutions in your company
Together with your employees, we implement the chosen solutions in your company from an agreed
step-by-step plan and timeline. It is a joint assignment that ensures that the implemented solutions
are widely supported in your organization.

An example to illustrate: Suppose the average turnover per customer is too low. How could we solve this problem for you? We do this in three steps:

If we want to solve the problem, we have to cover all aspects. I compare this to peeling onions. The outside of an onion represents the problem that hurts you today. In this case: the average turnover per customer is too low. If you want to get to the core of the problem, you have to peel each onion layer by layer. Every layer that you peel off is the result of the layer underneath. Sometimes you have to peel a lot of layers to get to the core of the problem.

In practice, the number may be higher.
