1. Sending MS Teams message to the Sales team channel whenever any new
lead/account/opportunity gets created (in, say, Salesforce).
2. When a quarterly deliverable (posted as a MS Teams message in the channel) need to be
tracked, automation can add replies to the same thread, in case of important status
change/update
3. When a document gets signed by customer or employee, share the same notification as a
channel message of the Sales/HR team
4. Sending notifications to the account/support owner or group, in case of an event such as
Ticket resolution in Zendesk, or closure of an opportunity (in Salesforce) etc.
