Track Field with one or two officers leading the recruitment.
Students are invited to walk around the track, sit in the stands,
learn about Club Sports, and watch friendly matches of fellow
Club Sports students on the inner field.
2. A checklist flyer should be handed out so students are encouraged
to go to every table and get a signature or stamp. When it is
completed, they should turn in the checklist at the registration
table. Then at the end of the day we can select one to three of the
checklist randomly, and award a free Club Sports Tee. Checklist
should ask for student G-Number.

OUSC to get
this shirt paid
for in bulk
order.

asked for at MM.
4. Unifying Club Sports
1. As a Student Organization, Club Sports is fairly new on campus.
However we do make up a large amount of the student population
in regards to the amount of students who get involved with a
university organization.
2. Our goal is to unify all of the different groups hosted under club
sports. We intend to brand a single image that represents the
Campus Recreation, Club Sports, and a healthy lifestyle. Though
each club is unique, together we each play an important part in the
overall student experience of being involved with club sports.
3. By unifying Club Sports, we can set guidelines of embodied
characteristics and club values, along with the club sports
handbook, for organizations to follow as they pass their leadership
on to the next generation of student leaders.
Club Sports Picture
1. At the end of the Club Sports Field Day, it would be nice to get a
huge picture of all the Club Sports who attended. The Picture could
be taken in the seats of the stadium facing the field and scoreboard.
Photographer would be center field taking the picture. Panoramic
