2. Sport is very important in our life. The interest in sports competitions is
huge all over the world. The Olympic champions become the heroes of
their country, the idols for many people. But sports of high achievements
grow from mass physical training. All the people, men, women and
children, should lead an active way of life and love sports. In this case the
country will be really sporty. As the proverb says, a sound mind in a sound
body.

3. For me my father, Glebko Roman, is an
example of selfless love for sports. He is
enthusiastic about doing different kinds of
sports all the year round. The tireless desire to
improve the results makes my father the
person who is worthy of admiration and
imitation. I want to tell you about my father.

4. My father has loved sports since his childhood. He came home from school, did
homework and ran to the yard. He did different kinds of sports. He played football,
basketball, volleyball, rode a bike, went swimming, camping, did athletics, boxing, single
combat. In winter my father played hockey, went skiing and skating. He was the member
of a school team and took part in different sports competitions. For several years he
conducted morning exercises at school. When my father was in the 6th Grade, he took the
second place in 60 m race in Moscow Region Championship. Passion, positive mood,
aiming for the results accompanied him in any undertaking and that's why his friends
followed my father.

5. My father is a striking example of how the
children's love for sports has become an integral
part of all his life. My father is responsible for
sports life at his work. Under his management and
with his direct participation the staff has become
the twice winner and three - time prize-winner in
the Sports Festival among the city organizations.
My father inspired a lot of people to do sports by
his personal example.

6. My parents and I love doing sports. We ride our
bicycles, ski, skate, swim in the pool, play
badminton, table tennis, volleyball. Sport is useful
for our health and mood. The inspirer for us is my
father, of course.
I would like the example of my family to be
infectious for many people. After all, the health of
our nation is the richness of the country. And sport
is the shortest way to health.
