Dear student…..,
we have seen many of Indian empire and ruled by the kingdoms
prominent kings of this are there in Dynasty today administration also we have
seen our country and state administration.

7. The Mauryan Empire:-
the mauryan empire was the first
Indian empire they ruled the
kingdom from magadha,
Chandragupta, Bindusara and
ashoka are the prominent kings
of dynasty. The dynasty
established by Chandra gupta
mourya. The Greek ambassador
Meghasthenes recorded the
fame of Chandragupta in Indica
and immortalized him.

8. ASHOKA ADMINISTRATION :
Ashoka was a famous
king of the dynasty. Five
important city can be
identifies during this
period. They were the
capital of mayuras.

ujjain,kalinga and

kingdom from different countries those edicts which can
be seen on rocks and stone pillars.
Ashoka was transformed after viewing the huge loss
of life during the kalinga war. And compassion as
preached by Buddha influenced Ashoka he spread the
teachings of Buddha though but the country.

pedestal.
The symbol found in the saranath
pillars of Ashoka has been adopted by the
Indian government as its national Emblem.
