Feel: The GPS Mewatipura located at Jhirra. There are so many carpenter
shads. It is famous in wood furniture made in Hyderabad. It is also slum area, it is
the main cause children turned into child labour. Mostly the poor family children
went to carpenter shops, earned money daily. The group of the children of GPS
Mewatipura felt about the child labour. There was a attendance problem in the
school. The owners spoilt the children life & future. Children felt hardly with child
labour.
2. Imagine: The children of the GPS Mewatipura school imagined how to solved
the child labour problem. After full discussion finally they planed to aware in the
area about child labour. They prepared them selves as the serious as own work.
Do: The children of the school brought the charts and cards which were
related to the child labour rally. They went to the carpenter shops met to the
owner of the shop about the child labour purpose. They explained also to the
parents those pleasured to the to done work in the school times. Told the
facilities which government provided in the government schools. The children
explained the compulsory education under 14yrs child with free text books.
No fee for the basic education up to 10th class. They explained RTE rules to the
shop owners and parents also.They pleased to the parents and requested to the
parents to send their children regularly to the school.
Share: After one week the children coming to the school regularly. The
children of the GPS Mewatipura shared the idea to the other students of the
other school. They shared their successful story to the neighbours. The children
tried standard so they got success.
