THIS WELL-MEANING PROJECT WAS UNDERTAKEN DURING THE JOY-OF-GIVING WEEK.
THE STUDENTS OF STANDARD 4 C WERE TAKEN TO A HOME FOR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN.
‘HAMARA SCHOOL’ –This home houses 40 children
whose parents are below the poverty line.These
children go to various schools. As they lack home
backing , they are given tuitions at the home by
volunteers when they return from school.
THE FIRST GENERATION LITERATES IN THEIR
FAMILIES.
Our students from Sharada Mandir School were excited to
visit this home . They prepared charts with great enthusiasm,
internalised the topic on which they were to share their
knowledge with their friends from ‘hamara school’.
We reached ‘Hamara school’ at 5:00 pm. The topic was
‘plant life’. The children of Sharada Mandir School and
Hamara School interacted with lessons on plants, songs,
prayers, dances,Quizes and riddles.
