Working with breath, yoga, meditation and a wide array of strategies, learn to strengthen boundaries, increase confidence and deepen the connection to self. Ideas related to the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and spaces as well as specific strategies for calming and balancing the nervous system, the nerve plexus and the bioenergetics physiology all serve to empower young women as they continue to adulthood.
