Possessing knowledge in e-Form, assignments related to Registrar of companies, like Annual Return, Company

Auditing/ Fund Management: Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements for reconciling Cash & Bank balances
involving active coordination with bank authorities. Liaising with Banks for day to day operations. Implementing
cost management initiatives, monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control. Preparing
periodical cash flow statements for monitoring the flow of working capital/ cash.
Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out
Internal / Statutory Audits. Coordinating with Statutory and Tax Auditors. Preparing Schedules and Reports for the
same. Discussing their queries and giving the suitable replies.
Statutory Compliance/Liaison: Liasioning with various government departments, ensuring smooth business
operations.(MCA-21 e-filing) & RBI. Responsible for P.F., E.S.I., Bonus and various Formalities.
