My unique skill lies in being able to understand com-
plex business processes, technical systems and inter-
dependencies. I effectively break down the impacts
to help leaders make sensible decisions about the
work. With a solid leadership point of view and a
plan, together we communicate with end users in a
way that drives adoption and ultimately delivers the
promised value.
