To Whom It May Concern:
David Tomac is a current employee of Heinen's Inc in Mentor Ohio. He was hired in June 2007.
David has numerous qualities that make him an asset to Heinen's. He’s attentive to customers going above
and beyond to meet their needs. He’s reliable and punctual taking his job and responsibilities seriously. He has
strong communication and critical thinking skills too.
One of David’s main responsibilities, when he is here, is to merchandise and maintain our gourmet meat case.
This requires diversity because our menu plan is always changing and our customers have to be engaged in
order to drive sales. David does a great job in these areas.
Teamwork with a positive attitude is important at Heinen’s and David embraces this philosophy, getting along
well with his co-workers. He is actually an informal leader when we have new hires in his functional area.
Often times you will see David lending support to others, especially the new associates.
David has contributed to the growth and sales increases that our meat department has achieved throughout
his tenure. He’s gone beyond his job classification in order to ensure success of his department and co-
workers.
Overall, I’m fortunate to have David on our team. His dedication and excellent communication skills will help
him succeed in any environment.
Sincerely,
Rich Latine
