balancing and maintenance management of preventive predictive and proactive maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
My duties at work is to maintain and repair cooking forming and wrapping machines for
candies as follows :AM and PM planning (MS Excel),pumps maintenance,motors,
conveyors(belt,screw bucketelevator and stainless steel type ), extrusion and intrusion systems
of gum centre filling and toffee ,rollers ,flex formers , cooling tunnels for air conditioning of
products ,popcoler, bunch wrappers ,vertical form sealing machines Ek4 twist and wrap for
candies
UTILITY SECTION
In my section ,the following utilities lies under my care for repair serivece and maintance. This
consist of periodic checkups daily ,weekly and monthly inspection: Cooling tower where we do
service of fins, basin and nozzles and replacing side nettings. Vapour absorption machine
3. operations doing purging and flushing .In boiler and steam section we do service, we deal with
steam valves.Humidifier services also being checked and services of heat exchangers
ACHIEVEMENTS
1.Lubrication management (reduced cost of buying lubricants and improved maintenance
usage of lubricants)
2. Reduced meant total time for breakdown and increased mean total time for production of
machines
3. Reduced cost of buying bearings since lifespan has been increased
