Customer Engineer 2
• Provides installation, maintenance, & repairs on equipment assigned within a territory/region
to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• CE2 has ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to
satisfaction and/or compliance. Performs services of low/medium/high complexity on
servers, computers & peripherals, system printers & plotters, networks & software, item
processing readers & sorters, imaging systems, networking routers & switches.
• Analyzes and corrects technical problems, performs periodic preventative maintenance,
installs equipment as well as installing upgrades to equipment.
• Maintains a company owned vehicle. Responsible for company assets, such as parts
inventories, software, documentation, & tools. In addition, must control expenses and provide
for prompt & accurate completion of administrative functions.
• Must have valid driver’s license with exceptional driving record.
• Background checks and drug screening are mandatory, as requested.
Customer Engineer 3
• Provides all the duties of CE2, but to a higher level of satisfaction by all.
