2. THE DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD:
The double page spread I’ve chosen was from q magazine, and is the
January 2015 issue.
It contains many effective features which have an impact on the audience
in a wide amount of ways, the pull quotes, the house style and the drop
capital. The pull quote symbolises Ed Sheering as he is ginger, and makes a
statement, as the house style is the same colours as the front cover, and
contents, - this is what Q tend to do, thee White, Red and Black colour
scheme proves to be very effective. The main image shows a personal item
(the Guitar) which couldn't reflect back to his past and music career, he
uses this guitar all the time on live events and gigs.
