A former primary school teacher, SENCO/Inclusion Leader and qualified specialist reading teacher and a member
of NASEN, who has worked in local authority schools and a secondary academy.
Jane is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes and life chances for children with additional
needs. She is able to work collaboratively with staff, governors, parents and various outside agencies to deliver
improvements and enhance relationships. Jane is committed to improving opportunites and outcomes for all,
irrespective of backgrounds, drawing on a breadth of personal strengths, skills and experience. She is supportive
