8. 1. Curriculum
• Curriculum is designed and updated by the university.
• Our faculty members proactively participate in
curriculum preparation in the capacity of members of
BOS.
• Continuous feedback for curriculum enrichment is taken
from stakeholders like:

• Suggestions are analysed and sent to University.
9. Curriculum Implementation
• Regular monitoring of the completion of the syllabus done
by the coordinator and chairperson of the IQAC.
• Issues regarding curriculum are discussed in the parent-
teacher meeting.
• Key Performance Indicator displayed on the college
website and also monitored by department of higher
education.

• All staff and students are registered on e-
Granthalaya (e-Library) and all can access more
than 20 lac books.
• Tutorial Classes: To improve the communication
skills of the students and improve the
performance of weak students.
• Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA): Through
Assignments, Group Discussions, and Seminars
along with Internal Evaluations.
• Faculty members are constantly encouraged by
IQAC to use innovative teaching methods by
Power point presentations.

12. • Quiz, seminars, workshops, essay and speech competitions
are regularly arranged by the departments.
• Mentor System
Department wise mentor system enforced: Based on the
subjects, classes and practical batches they handle. Each
mentor allotted 30-40 students for all three years UG
course.
• Self- appraisal report system (ACR) : Year-wise self
appraisal report of teachers is prepared and submitted to
higher authorities yearly by using IFMS Portal.
• Evaluation of Teachers: By online method using Samarth
portal evaluation of teachers analyzed and forwarded to
higher authorities by IQAC.
