Personal Statement
As a recent graduate fromMontclair State University,I think of myself as a professional student. I am motivated by
a desire to continue to learn, to better myself, and toshare my knowledge with others. I value experiences that
allow me to grow both personally and professionally. During my internship at ADP, I was able toapply my
academic knowledge of I/OPsychology,contributeto key large-scale projects, and gain new professional skills (e.g.
statistical analysis, talent review, and project management). I plan to use this knowledge to streamline business
practices, engage with stakeholders, and drive innovation. As a young professional, I hope to gain experience in
learning and development, talent management, instructional design, data analysis, and reporting.
