better and accomplish new and innovative creations. From
space planning to choosing a textile, a rug, an accent
chair, or a light fixture, everything has a place and a
reason, to come together as a whole and create a
concept.

7. CASSA QC
Project type: Residential
Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Project Concept:
The purpose of the design was to create an open
plan. Clean and full of light that reflected the
personality of the client, practical and functional.
All social areas, in which was include the living,
dining, kitchen, a media room and a BBQ terrace,
were connected as a whole to communicate fluently;
making it comfortable and a great space to
entertain.
30. The dining area was completed using of the existing Brazilian
granite table top, that was framed Seike wood veneer. Also a
pair of two tall mirrors with grilles were added to bring pattern
and a sophisticated component to the room.
The back drop wall was used to display memorabilia from the
clients traveling adventures.
36. The entry way was designed from the idea of a
Bold Focal point, the client wanted something
bright to surprise and welcome their guest.
Mirror was used as the primary element, to
create contrast with the wood covered wall,
and make different angles that reflect the light
and the architectural details, like the pivot
entrance door and the side garden.
