As the program comes to a close, subscriber interest remained strong
week over week adding more than 1,400 new subscribers reflecting a lofty
13% positive weekly delta change.
English remained the predominant language of choice with 65% of all
subscribers opting into multiple language subscriptions for multi-language
households and for community sharing.

Subscription Preferences
Weekly subscriptions continued to grow as the program enters the final
stretch. Trending patterns for communications preferences shifted
significantly this past week as late comers showed more interest in text
opt-ins over email representing a positive 6% delta swing overall for SMS
from the previous week.
English, Spanish, and Chinese remained the Top 3 Languages of choice
representing 97% of the (13) language choices.

Communications Impact
The Drip Campaign and it’s six (6) message bulletins has been suspended
as the program enters the last and final phase of available funding. Open
and click rates did extremely well and performed significantly above
government median averages throughout the campaign.
Aligned to planning, campaign messages were delivered to all (13) topic
audiences using the welcome, apply now, apply reminder, need help, safe
and secure and don’t wait messages.
