“Preparing World Changers
Through Academic
Excellence”
The GTCC 3MP R.I.T.E
Program is designed to
challenge and reward gifted
students through supportive
services that promote
Academic Excellence and
Leadership Development.
4. How?
5-E’s
To Success
Is the process of implementing
strategic practical approaches through
5 critical areas:
• Education
• Entrepreneurship
• Empowerment
• Experience
• Exposure
5. Why?
Minority students are often overlooked in our
preoccupation to provide resources to
academically efficient students. Below average
students have the potential of dropping out due
to a lack of supportive services, resources, and
positive influences. Students are selected based
on their need and desire to succeed while
monitored throughout a intensive strategic two-
year program that prepares them to pursue a
four year degree and to assume leadership
roles in their professions and in society.
