As a Medicare Part D Pharmacist, I processed prior authorization requests in an independent,
high volume, production-oriented work environment with a goal of completing each request in
fifteen minutes or less. To meet and exceed this goal, I completed my work with applications
I created using my background in computer programming, visual basic, and Microsoft Excel. I
designed fully customizable applications to streamline production workflow, reduce errors,
and provide important reminders when unique scenarios occurred which required a change in
the standard workflow. To continue to improve and grow as an employee, I also added the
features to track task-completion times, global and daily productivity, and save all work
history for easy future reference.
