 Lead the data collection during the merger of CardionMEMS’s 25 hospitals which included: hospitals
unique ID number, doctor names, and accounts payable information which was delivered 2 months
ahead of schedule.
 Coordinated the onboarding process for 5 new hires every week ensuring that all the documents are
properly completed and recorded which ensured that 100% of employee’s records were fully audited and
filed prior to their start date.
 Managed the systems accuracy (agile system) which included: document editing, auditing which
resulted in 100% of the records meeting the standards as part of Quality Assurance for Europe’s
regulations.
