I am a fully accredited Pipefitter/ Pipe Fabricator with experience of working on petrochemical and
engineering sites and workshops. I have CSCS card and CCNSG Safety Passport and ACE card
(Installing Plant and Systems-Pipefitting). I have a working knowledge of isometric drawings and
have been involved in both fabrication and installation of pipe work systems (small and large bore).
I am an enthusiastic, reliable, hard working and very determined individual, who works well under
pressure. I have good organisation and time management skills and willing to work any hours and
prepared to work away or abroad.
Employment history.
2015- Mech Tech.
I was on Humber refinery ( PHILLIPS 66) working threw Jenkins and Davies pipe
fitting and mechanical fitting for 6 weeks on mega turnaround.
I was on a shut down in Port Talbot steelworks for Monolithic Refectories for 2
weeks taking off valves, flanges and blanks.
I was on 4 week shut down in Celsa Steel UK in Cardiff. I was replacing inch and a
quarter stainless steel pipe work.
2014-2015 PETROFAC (Threw Orion)
I was working on Laggan Tormore gas plant in Shetland. Installing carbon and
stainless steel pipes and valves. (Going up to 48 inch pipe and thickness exceeding
XXS on some of the pipe.)
2014- BIS
I was on 4 week shut down in Runcorn. I was taking off valves, spools and man
ways and then putting them back on about 2 weeks later. (Sometimes using breathing
apparatus.)
2011-2014 Fairwood Fabrications
I was fabricating and installing pipe work on boss plant. I have been on and off with
them since. (I was in Fabrication shop, fabricating stainless and carbon steel spools
and installing them on site after.)
Ledwoods
I was on 4 week shut down in Grimsby doing spading and despading.
Skeleton Thomas Engineering.
I was contracted to Vale Inco as a mechanical fitter and worked on a maintenance off
Kiln for 4 weeks.(Mainly working with bolts)

I was on 4 week shut down fabricating and installing pipe work.
2010-2011 Jenkins and Davies.
2 week shut down in Pembroke.(Texaco) Working with experienced pipefitter.

Shut down for 4 weeks in Llanwern.(Installing pipe work.)
Fairwood Fabrications.
Boss Plant shut down for a 3 months. (Fabricating and installing welded and screwed
pipe work, pipe brackets and plating.)

apprenticeship company went into liquidation.
