12- year limited Product Warranty, 5- year limited Finish Warranty
Yuenswarrantsthe purchaserthe Product shall be free from defects in material andworkmanship for a period
of twelve(12) years, exceptthe anodizedfinish, underthe original installation sitesameas indicated on contract.
The AnodizedFinish shall be free from visible peeling,cracking or chalkingfor a period offive (5) years under
normal atmospheric conditions, sincethe earlierof 1) thedatefor installation completed,or 2) 30 days after the
purchase of theProduct(Finish Warranty).
The Finish Warranty does not apply to any foreign residue deposited on thefinish. Any installationin corrosive
atmospheric conditionis excluded. The Finish Warranty is VOID ifthe practices specified by AAMA 609 & 610-
02 –“Cleaning and Maintenance for Architecturally Finished Aluminum” (www.aamanet.org) arenot followed
by Purchaser.
The Warranty does notcover damage to the Product whichoccursduring its shipment, storage, andinstallation.
The Warranty will beVOID if the installation of the Product is not performed in accordancewith Yuens’written
installation guide, or if the Product has beenmodified, repaired, or reworkedwithout authorization by YuensIN
WRITING previously, or if the Product isinstalled in an environment beyond design. Yuenswouldnot be liable
foranyconsequential, contingent or incidental damagecaused bythe use of the Product bythe purchaser under
any circumstances.
The Product shall be reasonably proven to be defectivewithin thespecifiedWarranty periods, thenYuensshall
repair or replace the defective product, or any part thereof, inYuens’sole discretion. Such repair or replacement
shall completely satisfy and discharge all ofYuens’liability with respect to this limited Warranty.
Yuens’limited Warranty coversits ownProductonly, but not anyotherrelated items, such as PV modules and
flashings, which should be warranted by the related manufacturers.
