We have done the exercise on a number of different requirements sizes and the results are shown by the chart. Serviced offices are a more cost effective solution for utilising office space than traditional leasing (up to a requirement of approx 30 desks) See appendix for workings Serviced office solutions can be up to 25% cheaper than  traditional leasing arrangements
