competencies I feel I am more than capable of providing technical support in a timely
manner to both your employees, as well as your customers.
I have an Associate’s Degree (2013) in Health Care, while I was working on completing
that I took some classes over at the community college that developed my interest in IT.
When I completed that degree I started towards my degree later that year in IT with a
concentration in Security.
While attending the community college I completed classes in both Desktop Support and
PC configurations. I learned how to build and repair computers, along with some
networking, web design and an introduction to computer installation and configurations
of Windows 7, Windows server 2012, along with knowledge of 8, 8.1 and 10. My
education has taught me windows, along with UNIX/ LINUX based platforms. I have
security principle knowledge, along with desktop support knowledge. I have knowledge
of Visual, Adobe, and Office(2010,2013) along with SQL and Java Programming.
