2. Ingredients for Hummus:
A big can with cooked chickpeas.
6 spoons of tahine.
½ lemon. Do lemon-juice.
2 dientes de ajo chops.
2 spoons of spice pepper.
2 spoons of parsely chop.
Olive oil.
3. How to make
1: Boil the cheakpeas with salt 1 hour. Drain the
cheakpeas. Mix the cheakpeas to create pure.
2:Add Tahini and yhe lemon juice and 1 spoon of
salt. Mix for 3-5 min.
3:Put in a plate to serve as. Do a hole in the middle
off the Hummus.
4:Add oil, parsley. Serve inmediatly with toasted
bread.
