Introduction<br />Lasagna is one of the famous food in the world, but some doesn’t know the origin of lasagna, it is from Italia, and has been developed by cook. <br />Cooking time : 30minutes.<br />Calories : 690Kcal ( for one )<br />Main ingredients : lasagna, olive oil, eggplant, button mushroom, and shiitake<br />

Ingredients<br />Main ingredients : lasagna 160g, olive oil 100g, eggplant 100g, button mushroom 80g, and shiitake 50g.<br />Sub ingredients : parsley 15g, parmesan cheese 200g, pizza cheese 200g, butter 30g, flour 30g, milk 500ml, button mushroom little, onion little, bay leaf 1 slice, garlic 4g, onion 40g, tomato which is removed peel and seed 600g, olive oil 30g, starch little.<br />
  5. 5. Slice eggplant round and put pepper and salt on it.<br />
  6. 6. Slice button mushroom and shiitake thinly.<br />
  7. 7. Mince garlic roughly<br />
  8. 8. To remove moisture, put noodle into boiling salt water <br />
  9. 9. Season with salt and pepper while fry them with olive oil until become brown color.<br />
  10. 10. Fry onion and button mush room with butter. To make béchamel souse, roast flour for 3minute, and then put milk <br />
  11. 11. To make tomato souse, in frying pan, put olive oil, and roast onion and garlic until it become thick. After 5 minute, season with salt and pepper. Make concentration with starch.<br />
  12. 12. In the frying pan, fry button mushroom and shiitake with cooking oil, and then put tomato souse.<br />
  13. 13. In the lasagna container, put butter, and then put two kind of souse by turn, put eggplant and cheese on it, finally put lasagna <br />
  14. 14. In the same manner, pile them up 4 or 5 times. Put souse on it and then spray 2 kind of cheeses and parsley. Finally bake it in an oven for 12 minutes<br />
