Leadership/ Co-worker Oversight:
In charge of 24 camp counselors and a key role in planning a weekend campout
Entrusted with closing duties on busy opening nights at movie theatres.
Often put in charge of other camp counselors when broken into large groups for special
events.
Communication/ Problem Solving:
As a camp counselor often tasked with a large number of children, especially difficult
