MAKING OF THE MUSIC MAGAZINE FRONT COVER

1. Photoshop Magazine Making
Firstly I made a plain white back ground then added on a slight black corner
giving an effect which would fade into the white just to give an extra edge to
the magazine

2. Adding the strap line
I then added the strap line which includes the Sport, News, interviews I done
this by using the shape tool and selecting a rectangle and colouring it purple
then adding black text inside it.

3. Adding the Masthead
I then added the masthead I got this text from a website called www.dafont.com
downloading it then adapting it to Photoshop after this I used effect on the text using
inner shadow and darker shadow giving it an purple outline.

4. Adding the headline
I added the headline with a smooth text front giving it a calm feel I used
the inner and dark shadow again to give it an purple outline and purple
in line which gives it an fill text

5. Adding the cover lines
I added the cover lines using black and purple text keeping with the
theme of the magazine also used a curve text making it have a flow to
the writing allowing the reader to interact with the magazine

6. Adding Final image
I then added the final image on to the magazine giving it an purple spray
can effect, allowing it to blend into the background and become part of
the magazine I done this by using the editor tool to adapt an drop shadow.
