Design a PIC based wearable device that keeps a tract of the activity level of a user. The level of movement should be classed as: immobile, relatively mobile (walking), highly mobile (HIIT). If the user has been immobile for a set amount of time, the device should sound an alarm prompting him to move and only stop when it detects movement. In the mobile state, the device should count the number of steps taken, and store the number and the length of time in that activity state. If the number of steps is more than 10, it should be recorded as an exercise session. The user should be able see a full report of the activities done at the end of the day, including the details of each session in the mobility states. An additional spec can be to record and display the time of day the sessions were done..
