What is Diversity?
 Diversity- the quality or state of having many different forms, types, ideas,
etc.
 The state of having people who are different races or who have different
cultures in a group or organization.

 Time Warner is composed of three operating divisions: Home Box Office,
Inc., Turner and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.
 Company Valued at $60.6 Billion
 Founded in 1985
 Headquarters: New York, NY.

 One way the company cultivates diversity is through its OneFifty program,
which the company uses to create content for its audiences. Time Warner

diverse audiences. This program links diversity and philanthropic efforts
directly to the organization’s goals.
Senior Management
 Time Warner's diversity initiative is a big priority for senior management
on an enterprise-wide and divisional level, diversity is incorporated into
every senior executive's goals.
