• Meet with farmers across 3 provinces and adjust 1000-5000 acres of crop a day for hail damage.
• Efficiently complete paperwork for the company and insure for payments due to damage.
• Manage own team by setting up and completing claims.
• Adjust up to 12 hours per day, work in inclement weather and walk many miles per day through crops.
• Negotiate with farmers and come to an amicable agreement.

abilities.
