works
• Platform Focus: Connection with friends
• Facebook’s goal is to keep people on the
platform.
• What can I do: post text, pictures,
videos, stories, sell your car, join a group
• Do you need a business page? No –
businesses get zero reach. You only
need one if you plan to sell ads.
• You’ll be much more visible by being
active on your personal page.
How Facebook Works
The more you engage with something, the
more you see it.
Ex: When you view someone’s profile, you
will see them more often in your feed.
Ex: When you like or comment on a post,
you see notifications about new comments,
see more posts from person who posted,
and more posts about that general topic.
How Facebook Works
Facebook has the most active users and
the most options in terms of how you use
the platform.
An MLO will do well by liking (reacting),
commenting, and posting daily.
Stick to your pillars, and work mortgage in
about once a week.
Don’t get sucked into arguments.
