2. What is it and who can come?
The language that will be taught will be English
because the area is very mul cultural area. This
means that they will most likely only know a small
por on of our language. If they can speak to the
people who already live here then the community
will be more connected. People over 10 years of
age are welcome.
When and where is it?
This will be held in the community center of
Wednesday and Thursday afternoons form 4:30
pm– 5:30 pm and on Saturday form 10– 11 am.
How much does it cost?
It costs $15 each lesson.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring an exercise book and a
pen or pencil.

What is it and who can come?
The yoga classes will be relaxing and is a
place to see your friends and socialize while
exercising. The people partaking in this activ‐
ity will make new friends and also feel good
about themselves which promotes connect‐
edness. Anyone over the age of 12 is wel-
come .
When and where is it?
The Yoga Classes will be on Monday and
Friday mornings at 7:00 am– 8:00am. It
will be held at the Wentworth Point Secret
Gardens. If it is wet or raining then it will be
held in the community center.
How much does it cost?
It costs $10 each lesson.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring a water bottle and a
towel or mat.
What is it and who can come?
This activity offers support and advice to people
of any age who may be suffering with a physical
or mental disability or a problem where they
need to see a counselor. This will promote con-
nectedness throughout the community as the
people in these classes will start to feel more
confident and meet new people in the area.
When and where is it?
This will be held in the community center on
Sunday mornings at 10:00 am—11:00am and
Tuesday afternoons at 4:30pm—5:30 pm.
How much does it cost?
You may donate is you wish but there is no set
payment.

You only need to bring yourself!
