PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is an essential subject for primary school students. It teaches children to be active, develop an understanding of health and safety, and grow physically and emotionally. Through PDHPE, students learn the importance of balancing an active lifestyle, developing physical skills, comprehending personal safety, and building confidence through fun physical activities.
