brands. The tools will quickly reverse engineer layouts
from most files. It also allows for programming logic into a
template when needed, to solve complex layouts.

presented with live proofs in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.
Our product supports zooming, watermarking for security,
and low-res PDF proofing for enhanced speed. Multi-page
items can be restricted to a partial page count to proof
only dynamic content or key information.
Multiple payment options to fit you. Aperture Solution’s
storefronts offer a full-range of advanced eCommerce
options including real-time credit cards, live shipping rate
estimates and sales tax calculation. Modules for budget
control help divisions and departments control spend. It
also offers a powerful discount system which allows you
the ability to run promotions.
Flexible storefront access and display. Build public or private
storefronts with Single Sign On and cXML integration options for
interoperability with other systems and profiles for user
authentication. We also support custom secure domain names as
well as a full look and feel control options including CSS support
Redefined quoting process. Our customers get quotes 24/7 with
our Online quote tool. Quotes are generated using material costs
(unit, levels and square area calculations) and finishing costs. Sup-
ports setup and minimum fees, percentage discounts and more.
‘Hold for Quote’ feature allows for offline quotes when more info
is required.
Upgrade your artwork workflow. Replace email, FTP and
‘sneaker-net’ transfer with a web based upload tool including
support for large files. Tool includes artwork-checking
capabilities such as resolution, aspect ratio, file type and color as
well as post-upload features such as image cropping
Your dashboard for success. Our order manager helps you
manage jobs through the production pipeline using a web
browser. This fully integrated tool offers visibility into job status
and allows you to perform actions on jobs awaiting approval, in
production, shipping or in billing.
Manage out-of-stock items. The inventory control
module creates and tracks backorders, ensuring customer
orders are fulfilled correctly even when some items are
not on-hand at the time of ordering. Backorders may be
enabled/disabled on a per-item basis.
Up to the minute status updates. Upon job completion, Aperture
Solution immediately sends out a shipment email, including tracking
links directly integrated to major carriers. An additional integration
with shipping stations is available to increase the speed and accura-
cy of data transfer from storefront to shipping label.
A better way to connect. Industry standard XML files
are delivered to your internal and networked systems
upon job completion, helping create a touch-less
integration compatible with the latest in print
automation technology.
Control your budgets and your money. Aperture Solu-
tion is PCI DDS compliant to ensure the safety of the
information we collect on your behalf. This allows for a
real time credit card gateway for your sales groups. We
also support the transfer of order and item information
into your accounting platform - from Quickbooks to
legacy integrations.
One to One. One to Many. As needed, Aperture
Solution’s storefront can integrate with other outside
vendors. We do this in order to maintain prior
commitments and contracts with your vendors as well
as keep your operation flowing as smooth as possible.
This allows us to be a one stop shop for an increasingly
worldwide and interconnected customer base.
Ready to Print. Press ready artwork is made to your specification.
(RGB, CMYK, bleeds, crops size specific) All are delivered to your
vendors via email, FTP or custom XML integrations. The imposition
system groups and auto-delivers gangs of art based on rules and
schedules you set. No more phone calls from product vendors.
Keeping an eye on your business. Our best of class reporting tool
incorporates charts, pivot tables, data merging, summing and
averaging. With multiple output, scheduling and integration
options, you and your team will get the information you need when
you need it... and in a format of your choosing.
Monitoring the Warehouse. With a dashboard showing on-hand
inventory levels and automated low stock and reorder notifications,
managing inventory has never been easier. Aperture Solution helps
you monitor the warehouse floor from the convenience of your web
browser.
Eliminate manual data entry. Simply scan an Aperture
Solution job ticket and shipping information is
auto-populated into your shipping workstation. Tracking
numbers and costs are automatically populated to the
storefront for real-time job status.
Communicate with other information systems. From Print
MIS platforms to large corporate ERP systems,
Aperture Solution provides integrations to get order
information from your customer to your backend. This lets
you track jobs on the shop floor using your native, legacy
platform. Our XML API allows bi-directional
communication between systems.
Measure twice, print once. The approval system ensures that only
complete, approved jobs arrive in production. Approval routing
options range from single approver scenarios up to a 3 step
process. We can also set up conditional approval such as dollar
amount, rush status or product type. Automatic reminders keep
this moving.
Track jobs through all of our shops. We automatically deliver
bar-coded job tickets for approval order. That gives your staff the
information they need to produce jobs correctly. Tickets contain
job specifications as well as internal notes for shipping and billing.
Automatic, scheduled grouping of like items. Aperture Solution’s
Imposition System automatically groups like items for optimized
print efficiency. Impositions can be scheduled so press ready
plates are delivered to production based on time or production
parameters. Orders from different storefronts can be grouped for
more flexibility and efficiency.
