Company Insight: The Company has many trust-worthy clients for Tax Lien Negotiations and accounting
services. It has a big team and over years of experience in providing solutions to clients across US.
Challenges Faced: As the clients were remotely located, Fax and paper work with clients were high. The
company faced the challenge in maintaining the paper work and tracking the movement of papers.
Approach: After consulting with the clients on areas of optimization we took an approach of third party
API to send and receive fax in the clouds. Hence no physical devices were needed and paper work would
be reduced.
Solutions: We integrated Interfax with salesforce.com. The Company's employees could send fax from
SF. After the client’s replied to the email along with attachment, our solution would directly upload the
attachment to SF account. This helped the client to keep the track of all the movement of document
with the client.
Result: The Company is able to manage all the 10 outlets more efficiently. There is full track of the bills
and inventory. The management team is planning to expand the numbers of outlets.
15. Billing and Inventory System
Company Insight: A large food joint is fast growing eating joint in west India. It has over 100 outlets
across India and abroad. It was a true Entrepreneurial story of two young guys.
Challenges faced : With growth the need to manage the wide spread outlets became a bigger issue for
the director's. They needed an IT solution to manage the Sales and Inventory at all the outlets. They had
less track of inventory, sales, purchase etc. and had to always trust the staff.
Approach: Techila team visited all the major outlets and spoke to the employees & understood the
requirement of quick billing system need in each of the outlet, challenge of fluctuating internet
connection & need to sync the data from all the outlets.
Solutions: Our team made an easy to use billing and inventory system for all the 10 outlets. Real time
data push to the server. Mobile ordering system for all the outsets was implemented. Tracking of billing
and inventory was at a click of a button.
Result: The company is able to manage all the 10 outlets more efficiently. There is full track of the bills

Sanjay Adhicary
Sanjay has an overall experience of over 20 years in the
